One-Time Verification Code

The One-Time Verification code provides an additional security layer beyond your username and password. It is used to verify your credentials for a single login attempt within a brief period.

Note that this code is separate from a Two-Factor Authentication Code.


One-Time Verification Code FAQs

Where is the code sent?

Account Owner

The One-Time Verification code will be sent to the primary email address associated with your account.

Account Users

Admin, Tech, or Finance sub-users will receive a One-Time Verification code at the email linked to their account.

How long will it take for the code to arrive?

The One-Time Verification Code will be sent within 1-2 minutes.

How long is the code valid for?

The One-Time Verification Code is valid for 5 minutes.

Can I request another code? If so, after how long?

You can request a new code two minutes after the first one. Please note that the first code will no longer be valid once a new code is sent.

What if I do not have access to a primary email address?

If you have trouble accessing the primary email address, you may need to go through the Account Recovery process. For further assistance, please reach out to our Support Team.

If you can't access the primary email, you may be a sub-user. The One-Time Verification Code would have been sent to the email tied to your sub-user account. For assistance, please reach out to the Account Owner.

Will the email also be sent to alternative email addresses?

Yes, any email listed under the alternative email address on the account will receive this code.

I am a sub-user on the account, and I do not have access to my email. What should I do?

You will need to contact the Account Owner for further assistance.
