How to Contact the Support Team

The 101domain Support Team is available by phone, Livechat, and email. We can also be reached through secure support tickets from within 101domain accounts.

Support Tickets

Security is a top priority at 101domain. Support tickets are the most secure method of communicating critical information and requests. 101domain has protocols in place to prevent impersonators from gaining access to your account. Since you have to log into your account to submit a ticket, this lets us know from the start that you are the authorized user of your account. Support tickets also allow us to forward your inquiry to the team member who specializes in the area you need assistance, so you can quickly get the best support.

Steps

  1. Visit the Support Center by clicking the Support Center headset icon found in the upper-right menu.

  2. Click Open a support ticket.

  3. Select an applicable Ticket Subject, Domain, and enter your Request/Question.

  4. Click Done.

Please allow two business days for a response to your inquiry.

Starting a LiveChat with a 101domain Support Team member

Steps

  1. Click the LiveChat Icon that is located near the lower-right section of the screen. 

  2. Submit the required information, select a department to chat with, agree to the terms and click start the chat.

Live support is available by chat and telephone Monday through Friday between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, or 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
