If you are looking for your API Key management but find the Developer Tools - API & MCP option in My Account is greyed out or not available, it is likely due to account security requirements.
To manage API keys, the following two conditions must be met:

Primary User Permissions: API access is restricted to the Primary User of the account. Sub-users will not be able to view or access this section.

Active Security (2FA/SSO): The Primary User must have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled.
If these security features are disabled, you will see a warning prompt to enable them before any API keys can be issued or managed.
