How to Approve or Reject a Domain Transfer Out from Your 101domain Account
This article explains how you can approve or reject a domain transfer out request directly from your 101domain account when your domain is in Transfer Out Pending status. This process helps expedite or cancel the transfer to another registrar, depending on your needs.
Steps
Select the Domain Names tab
Click on the domain that is currently showing the status “Transfer Out Pending”
Click on Please Approve/Deny this transfer.
On the next page, make sure that your domain is check marked and choose one of the following options:
Approve Transfers: If you want to transfer your domain to another registrar, click Approve Transfers. Your domain will automatically transfer to your new registrar, and the status will update to Transferred in your account.
Reject Transfers: If you want to cancel the transfer, click Reject Transfers. This will stop the transfer process, and your domain’s status will return to Active in your account.
