To ensure system stability and fair access for all users, 101domain enforces rate limits on all API and MCP Server requests. These limits prevent service degradation and protect the infrastructure against automated abuse.

Note that limits are aggregated at the account level across all issued API keys.

Rate Limiting & Protection: Standard request limits are bolstered by Cloudflare DDoS mitigations to protect against high-velocity automated attacks.

Audit Logs: Every action performed via API or MCP tools is logged and tied to the specific API Key Name used. These logs are currently available upon request and may be integrated directly into the Control Panel in a future update.
If your account is found to be abusing endpoints for domain searches, TLD information, or other means, or your usage causes degradation of our systems, we reserve the right to revoke API privileges solely at our discretion, without advanced notice.
