Refund Requests for Credit or Deposit Accounts

Credits and deposits on accounts are available to be applied on future orders.  When preferred, the funds may be refunded by submitting a request via support ticket

Steps

  1. Login to your Account**
  2. Access the Support Center by selecting the headset button found in the upper right menu.
  3. Click Open a Support Ticket.
  4. Select the Ticket Subject Billing
  5. Select "Other" for the domain name field
  6. Input your request and click Done

 Refunds can take between 5-7 business days.
