Refund Processing Times

Upon receiving your request for a refund via support ticket, our Billing team will investigate the matter.

 When a refund is confirmed, the processing time will be

3-5 business days

 To request a refund you will need to open a support ticket from your account via the Support Center which is located in the header of your account.
