Refund Requests for Credit or Deposit Accounts
Credits and deposits on accounts are available to be applied on future orders. When preferred, the funds may be refunded by submitting a request via support ticket
Steps
- Login to your Account**
- Access the Support Center by selecting the headset button found in the upper right menu.
- Click Open a Support Ticket.
- Select the Ticket Subject Billing
- Select "Other" for the domain name field
- Input your request and click Done
Refunds can take between 5-7 business days.
