How to Recover Your Cloudflare Account Password
Having trouble with your Cloudflare account password for your 101domain Secure Web Accelerator? This article provides a clear, step-by-step guide to help you recover your access efficiently, along with key considerations to resolve common issues.
Steps to Recover Your Cloudflare Account Password
Navigate to the Cloudflare login page. Like all modern websites, it provides a password recovery link that is intuitive to use.
Click the "Forgot password?" or equivalent link on the Cloudflare login page to initiate the recovery process.
Enter the email address associated with your Cloudflare account. It is crucial to use the same email address that is registered as the primary email for your 101domain account. Your Cloudflare access, particularly for Secure Web Accelerator Plus and Premium tiers, is linked directly to this email.
Check your email inbox for the password recovery email from Cloudflare. Be sure to also check your Junk or Spam folders, as these automated emails can sometimes be filtered incorrectly.
Verify that the domain name used for your email address is still active. If your domain has expired, emails (including password recovery links) may not be delivered.
Important Considerations: Accessing Your Cloudflare Panel
If you are unable to access the Cloudflare panel, please remember that direct access is an exclusive feature available only with our Secure Web Accelerator Plus and Secure Web Accelerator Premium tiers. Our Basic tier does not include this direct Cloudflare panel access.
