Erroneous Credit Card Charges

If your credit card was charged twice or you feel there was any overcharge to your account please open a support ticket as this is the most secure method of communication.

Open a support ticket

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Open a support ticket..

  3. Select Billing for the subject and choose the domain name.

  4. Provide the invoice number in the Description, and the type of problem you are having.

Our Billing team will investigate the matter and process a refund if necessary.
