If you've noticed an overcharge or a duplicate charge on your credit card, the most secure way to resolve the issue is by opening a support ticket. Our Billing team will investigate the matter and process a refund if necessary.
To open a support ticket:

Access the Support Center by selecting the headset button found in the upper right menu.

Click Open a Support Ticket.

Select Payment/Billing Inquiry as the subject.

Choose the specific domain name associated with the charge (if available).

In the Problem Description field, please provide a detailed description of the issue.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information:

The amount of the charge (in USD)
-
The date the charge occurred
-
The last four digits of the credit card charged
-
The type of credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)
