Enable or Disable Spam Filtering

This article describes how to enable or disable spam filtering on the Hosting service.

Spam Filtering is enabled by default.

Steps

  1. Login to the Plesk panel, and click on the Mail button

  2. Select the Email Address you wish to change spam filtering on

  3. Click the Spam Filtering tab

  4. Check or Uncheck the box next to Switch on spam filtering for this email address

  5. Click the Apply button

    05 - Click Apply.png
