This article describes how to change the spam filtering sensitivity on the Hosting service.

Spam Filtering is enabled by default

The default value is 7.0
-
To make the filter more sensitive and mark more messages spam, lower the value, ex. 6.0

To make the filter less sensitive and mark fewer messages spam, increase the value, ex. 8.0
Steps

Login to the Plesk panel, and click on the Mail button

Select the Email Address you wish to change spam filtering sensitivity on

Click the Spam Filtering tab

Scroll down and click on the Show Advanced Settings link

Change the Spam filter sensitivity setting

Click Apply
