This article describes how to add a new subdomain to our Hosting platform.
This does not apply to Personal Hosting. If you have Personal Hosting and wish to add a subdomain, you must open a ticket on the helpdesk.
Steps

Login to your account and click Websites, Email & Security

Click on your Hosting Package

Click on the Add Sub-domain button

Add your subdomain, choose the domain it will be applied to from the drop down and then click the Add Sub-domain button
