Deleting an Account
If you wish to delete your 101domain account, we must verify your identity and authenticate your request before purging all personally identifiable information related to your account(s) from our system.
We will not be able to process your request until verification is completed in the relevant account(s), which will delay processing.
Steps:
Access the Support Center by selecting the headset icon (top right-hand corner of the navigation menu).

Select "Open a Support Ticket”.
Select "Other” for the Ticket Subject.
Select "Other” for the Domain Name.
Enter "delete.account” for the Domain Name (required field)
State that you want to delete the account in the description.
Select Done.

If you wish to delete several accounts, please log in to each account you want to have deleted and follow the process above.
If you cannot log in to your account, please contact us, and we will verify your account using a different method.
