Deleting an Account

If you would like to delete your 101domain account, we will need to verify your identity and authenticate your request before being able to purge our system of all personally identifiable information related to your account(s).


  1. Login to your account and access the Support Center by selecting the headset icon (top right-hand corner of the navigation menu)

  2. Choose "Open a support ticket" button

  3. Select Other for the Ticket Subject.

  4. Select Other for the Domain Name.

  5. Enter "delete.account" for the Domain Name (required field)

  6. State in the description that you want to delete the account

  7. Select Done.

If you wish to delete several accounts, please log in to each account you wish to have deleted and follow the process above. If you are unable to log in to your account, please notify us and we shall verify your account using a different method.

We ask that you verify your account(s) with us as soon as you are able, as we will not be able to process your request until verification is completed in the relevant account(s), and will delay processing.
