This article explains how to change the name servers for multiple domains at once, instead of updating each domain individually.
The same name servers will be applied to all domains included in the bulk update.
Before You Begin

Make sure you know exactly which name servers you want to use.

The same name servers must be used for every domain in the bulk update.

A minimum of two (2) name servers is required.

Some country‑code domains (ccTLDs) limit how many name servers you can set. If your request exceeds the number of name servers allowed, our Support Team will contact via support ticket.
Steps

Click on the Domain Names tab.

Select the domains you wish to update by checking the box to the left of the domain names.

If you want to update all of the domains in your portfolio, check the box to the left of BULK ACTIONS.

At the bottom of the domain name list, click Nameservers.

Enter the name servers.

You must provide at least two (2) name servers.

Some ccTLDs have a maximum number of allowed name servers per domain.

Click Next to submit your requested name server change.
Things to Keep in Mind

DNS Update Fee: Name server changes are typically free of charge, however, some ccTLDs charge a fee. If there are additional fees involved, you will be prompted to pay the fee or our Support Team will contact you with further information.

Processing Time: DNS updates for certain ccTLDs are processed manually. This can delay the update, depending on when the update is submitted and the registry’s processing time.

Propagation (Wait Time): It usually takes 1 to 48 hours for the change to propagate across the internet once the name server change has been completed with the Registry.

Email Impact: Changing name servers may disrupt your email service unless you have set up the correct MX records with your new provider. Learn more about setting up MX records.

Domain Update Lock: If you cannot edit your name servers, check if the domain is 'Locked.' You can usually toggle the Domain Update Lock to 'Off' in the dashboard. For more information, see Disabling Locks on Your Domain.
