Changing Account Username
Username changes are handled directly by our Support Team. Please open a support ticket, and we'll promptly assist you.
Steps:
Log in to the Support Center, which is accessible by selecting the Support Center headset icon in the upper-right menu.

Click Open a Support Ticket.
Select Update Account Information under Ticket Subject.
In the Problem Description field, please list the username you wish to use.
Click Done.
Please allow up to two business days for a response.
