Changing Account Username

Username changes are handled directly by our Support Team. Please open a support ticket, and we'll promptly assist you.


Steps:

  1. Log in to the Support Center, which is accessible by selecting the Support Center headset icon in the upper-right menu.

  1. Click Open a Support Ticket.

    • Select Update Account Information under Ticket Subject.

    • In the Problem Description field, please list the username you wish to use.

  2. Click Done.
