Account User's Self-Management

Account users may update their email addresses, change their passwords and security questions, and set up Two-Factor Authentication to secure their Accounts.

Updating your User Account

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select My Account from the drop-down under "Welcome" in the upper right.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select My Account from the drop-down under "Welcome" in the upper right.

  3. Click Change Password under Account.

  1. Enter the current password and answer a security question.

  2. Select My Account from the drop-down under "Welcome" in the upper right.

  3. Click Security Questions under Security.

  1. Answer one of the security questions.
