My card was charged twice?

If your credit card was charged twice or you feel there was any overcharge to your account please open a support ticket as this is the most secure method of communication.

To open a support ticket you need to login to your Account via the 'Sign In' link which is located in the header of your 101domain account my.101domain.com. Once you have signed in select the 'Support Center' link where you can create a Support Ticket

Please provide the domain name and a copy of the statement showing the double charge. Our Billing team will investigate the matter and process a refund if necessary.
