How do I renew my domain/website/email/hosting account?

To ensure you do not have an interruption of service you should enable auto-renew for your domain/website/email and hosting accounts. You are required to have a valid credit card connected to your account in order to enable auto-renew.  

If you do not have auto-renew enabled for your services, an invoice for the renewal will be generated automatically for you. You can pay the invoice manually by following these steps:

  1. Login to your account at my.101domain.com.
  2. Click on Open Invoices in the bottom left corner. 
  3. There, you will find a Due invoice.
  4. Select/Open the invoice you would like to pay and select the Make a Payment button.
