To change the security questions associated with your account, follow these steps:
- Login to your Account Manager my.101domain.com.
- Select the My Account button which can be accessed via the 'Sign in' link (topright-hand corner of the navigation menu).
- From within the Security section, select the Security Questions tab.
- Select a question and provide an answer to the three questions.
- Before your questions can be changed you will need to provide the answer to one of your old questions.
- Click Okay when you are finished.
