To ensure you do not have an interruption of service you should enable auto-renew for your hosting services. You need to have a valid credit card connected to your account in order to enable auto-renew.
If you do not have auto-renew enabled for your hosting service, an invoice for the renewal will be generated automatically for you. You can pay the invoice manually by following these steps:
- Log in to your 101domain account at my.101domain.com.
- Click on Open Invoices at the bottom left corner.
- There, you will find a Due invoice.
