How do I setup email forwarding?

To setup email forwarding, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your 101domain account at my.101domain.com.
  2. Select the Website, Email & Security tab.
  3. Within the Purchased Website & Email Services section, click the Configure (cog icon) to the right of the Launch button of your email service.
  4. Within the Email Services section, click the Configure (cog icon) to the right of the Launch button, the Configure Email dialog box will open.
  5. Select the checkbox and enter the email address you would like to forward to.
  6. To add additional email addresses select the Add another button.
  7. Click Forward or Save Changes button.

NOTE 1: You can set up 5 email forwards on each mailbox.

NOTE 2: You will receive a copy of received email in both mailboxes.
