Adding a New Email Box

This article describes how to add an Email Box service email address.

Warning

  • DNS must be configured and resolving before an Email Box can be created or it will be pending
  • Pending Email Boxes should be deleted and re-added once DNS is resolving properly.

Steps

  1. Login to your account and click Websites, Email & Security




  2. Click on your Email Box Service




  3. Click on the Add Box button




  4. Enter your desired Email address, chose your domain, password, confirmed password and click the Create Email Box button




  5. Success!! You have created your new email box.
