Downgrading Google Workspace Plans

Downgrade your Google Workspace subscription to a lower plan.


  1. Log in to
  2. Select "Websites, Email & Security" from the main menu.
  3. Click on your Google Workspace account.
    Click on "Upgrade" button.
  4. In the pop-up that appears, click on the grey “Downgrade to Business Starter” or “Upgrade to Enterprise Plus” button then follow the checkout process.

All Google Workspace users must be on the same Google Workspace plan level. You are required to downgrade all of your users and cannot mix between plans (eg. Business Starter and Business Standard). In the case that you are downgrading to Business Starter, you are required to remove files from storage that are over the 30GB capacity.
