Paying for the Domains In Your Account

Paying for and renewing your domains are done by following several easy steps.

Steps

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Select the Domain Names tab.

  3. Choose the domain to renew by selecting the checkbox next to the domain.  You may select one or more domains.

  4. Select the Bulk Actions button below list of domains and then select the Renew option.

  5. Select the renewal duration you require for the domain, and continue to checkout.

Generic domains are typically renewed within a few minutes from when the renewal is requested. ccTLD's take anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks depending on how the registry processes renewals.

Please renew your domain at least 7 days before it expires to avoid a potential loss of service. Certain ccTLD registries may require additional time for a response.

Certain ccTLD's will not change the expiration date of the domain until the end of the current renewal period, as they only allow the domain to be renewed at the expiration date.

Domains renewed after they expire may not be renewable or may incur additional fees (redemption) to restore the domain. It is important that you renew your domains at least a week before they expire to avoid any loss of service.
