Disabling a Credit Card

To ensure that your preferred credit card is used, you may disable any previously entered credit cards.

Steps

Login to your account.
Select the My Account button accessed from the Welcome drop-down (top right corner menu).
Click Disable Credit Card, located within the billing section.
Click the check-box for the credit card that is to be disabled.
Click Disable.

Multiple cards can be disabled together. Once a card has been disabled, it will be removed from the account. If a card does not have the option to be disabled, this is because it is being used for auto-renewal. Please first disable auto-renewal in the account, then disable the card.
