Recovering Account Username

These steps will help you reclaim your account after forgetting your username. You will receive an email informing you of your username. You will need access to your email inbox and to know one domain name that the account manages.

Steps

1. Access the login screen and click Forgot your password or username?

2. Click the Forgot Username tab.

3. Enter the email address and a domain name associated with the account. 

4. Complete the "I'm not a robot" captcha. 

5. Then, click Submit.

The account username is delivered to the primary email of the account. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam or junk mail folders. 

If you are still not able to access your account, please reset your password or contact the support team for account recovery.
